Saint Anything by Sarah Dessen

SaintAnything

I really really enjoyed this book. It felt like a classic Sarah Dessen story, but with a bit of an edge. Ames creeped me out and was a stark contrast to the wonderful Chathams, particularly lovely Mac and charming Layla. I found that Peyton, though mostly absent, was one of the more intriguing characters. And I loved Eric and was rooting for him throughout! My only real criticism of this book is that the last chapter felt like an epic summing up/tying up episode. I would have liked to have seen more play out in “real” time. p.s. Final note: do not read this book if you are hungry, I craved pizza throughout!

My rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
